As a Financial Advisor at Cetera Wealth Partners, I specialize in retirement planning, investment management, and life insurance needs for clients from all walks of life. I am motivated by helping my clients successfully manage their financial well-being and helping them better understand the financial planning process. The entirety of financial planning can be overwhelming for some, and I strive to carefully and concisely explain to my clients that the process is more efficient when broken down into smaller parts and accomplished one at a time.

I have served in the financial industry for over 15 years. Prior to founding my firm with Cetera Wealth Partners, I worked at Voya Financial Advisors as well as ING Financial Partners, where I assisted clients with financial planning and investment management. Since beginning my career in the financial services industry, I have obtained the Series 7 and 66 securities licenses as well as my California Insurance Provider License #0G65057. My professional mission is to constantly continue my work and help my clients plan a legacy that they can be comfortable with for the rest of their lives.

I originally started in the financial services industry out of necessity. My mother became sick, and my father needed help with his business in financial services, and over a period of time, I became interested in the industry and eventually took over the business entirely. My personal life, I believe, has had a major impact on my career as a financial professional. As a single dad to my son, Jackson, I have had to manage to raise him from a baby while simultaneously managing my business. I learned that there is no choice in life but to manage many things at once and work very hard. You never know how tough you are until being tough is the only choice you have.

My son and I currently live in Oakley, California, which is one town over from Antioch. When I am not servicing clients, I can be found volunteering my time with many local organizations including Little League Baseball and the California Waterfowl Association. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my son and participating in a variety of outdoor hobbies. I find that having a balanced work and home life is crucial to the success of one another. Spending time in the community also serves to make new and stronger client relationships. You take notice when you see the same people regularly volunteering in life, and I found it fulfilling to be one of those people.
